Content: Item 5 – Councillor Goodhall declared an interest by virtue of having belonged to a Facebook page which was associated with the quarry. He advised that, having taken advice from the monitoring solicitor, he would leave the meeting and take no part in the item.   Item 6 – Councillor Withey stated that he had a connection by virtue of his partner having previously worked for the Richmond Fellowship Scotland ; however, as she no longer did, having applied the objective test, he concluded he had no interest to declare.   Item 7 - Councillor Durno stated that she had a connection by virtue of having been contacted by the British Legion regarding the planning application but having referred them to officers. Having applied the objective test, she concluded she had no interest to declare.   Councillor Ross stated that she had a connection by virtue of having received a letter from the Chair of Banchory British Legion but having not replied, and having received invitations to refreshments after the service of remembrance but having not attended for two years. Having applied the objective test, she concluded she had no interest to declare.   Councillor Chou Turvey stated that she a connection by virtue of her husband being a member of the Banchory British Legion and by virtue of being a member of the Rotary Club of Banchory Ternan which met at the Legion. Having applied the objective test, she concluded she had no interest to declare.
