Content: Cabinet resolved to recommend the Assembly to:   (i)  Note the Thames Road SPD Consultation Summary Report at Appendix 2 to the report and the key changes made to the draft SPD following consultation, as set out in paragraph 2.10 of the report; and   (ii)  Adopt the Thames Road SPD at Appendix 1 to the report.
