Purpose: The award of contract for the supply of Internal and External Bin Caddies for the new food waste service. To facilitate the upcoming new service of Food Waste collections commencing June 26, internal and external caddies are required for the collection of food waste to domestic houses. The supplier met the specification as per the ESPO framework agreement. The purchase of : • 38,000 x 5 litre kitchen caddies; and • 38,000 x 23 litre external food waste caddies Delivery over two phases 11 May 2026 and 8 June 2026.

Content: To approve the contract award to the supplier who submitted the most financially advantageous tender.
