Purpose:

Content: It was MOVED, SECONDED and RESOLVED to;     (i)Approve the application for grant funding for 2025/26 from the Drug and Alcohol Treatment Recovery and Improvement Grant up to a maximum of £2,481,680. (ii) Approve the procurement and award of contract to Change, Grow, Live for the provision of Substance Misuse Services for a period of 2 years from 1 April 2025 to 31 March 2027 at a total maximum cost of £6,718,266 under the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023 (“PSR”). (iii) Approve the procurement and award of contract to Waythrough (formerly Humankind) for the provision of Substance Misuse Services for young people, for a period of 2 year from 1 April 2025 to 31 March 2027 at a total maximum cost of £1,257,282 under the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023 (“PSR”) Process C. (iv)Approve the procurement and award of contract to Waythrough (formerly Humankind) for the provision of the Primary Care Recovery Service for a period of 2 years from 1 April 2025 to 31 March 2027 at a total maximum cost of £2,650,962 under the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023 (“PSR”) Process C. (v) Delegate the final agreement of these contract awards to the Executive Director for Adult Social Care & Health provided they are within the amounts set out in the recommendations.
