Purpose:

Content: It was MOVED, SECONDED and RESOLVED to   (i) Approve the procurement of a contract for the provision of income management services commencing 1 July 2025 for a period of 3 years with the option to extend for 1 year and approve the award of contract provided that the contract sum does not exceed £2.8 million over the 4 year period. (ii) Delegate authority to Executive Director for Corporate Resources, in consultation with the Acting Director of Finance and the Director of Law and Corporate Governance, to select the preferred provider in accordance with the award criteria and to agree and enter into the final form of contract.
