Content: Shareholder Committee:   (1)          noted performance against Business Plan for 24/25; and   (2)          approved the Business Plan for 2025/26.   Options & Alternatives Considered Shareholder Committee has the option not to note performance against the 2024/25 Business Plan and approve the Business Plan for 2025/26 the implication of this is that Waltham Forest Services Ltd would be required to submit an update for agreement, and potentially would not be able to implement the outcomes of the Business Plan 2025/26 as per the terms of the Shareholder’s Agreement and approval obtained previously.
