Purpose: The Council’s Section 151 Officer is required by the Local Government Act to ensure that there are proper arrangements in place to administer the Council’s financial affairs, which includes the development and adoption of key polices to manage any risk.  The Council’s Risk Management Strategy was last approved by Cabinet in 2019 and has now been refreshed for re-approval.
