Content: a)    That the list of current Outside Bodies (as detailed in Appendix A to the report) be noted;   b)    That the Strategic Outside Bodies representation, as approved by the Leader; and detailed in Appendix B to the report be noted;   c)    That the uncontested Community Outside Bodies representation, as detailed in Appendix B to the report be approved   d)    That Cllr Julie Lumsden be appointed as Outside Body representative for Kettering General Hospital Governors Council.   Reason for Decision ·       To ensure the Council is appropriately represented on the Outside Bodies detailed in Appendix A to the report.   Alternative Options Considered ·       None, it is a requirement of the Council Constitution to appoint to Community Outside Bodies at the annual meeting of Council.
