Content: Councillors Joe Graziano and Vijaiya Poopalasingham were proposed and seconded as Chair. However, following a vote, neither nominated candidate was successful.   The Committee, Member and Scrutiny Manager advised that the election of the Vice-Chair would therefore take place at the next meeting of the Southern Rural Community Forum. .
