Content: It was moved by Councillor Frost, seconded by Councillor Paynter and RESOLVED that the following Committees are established to discharge the responsibilities assigned to each committee as set out in, and which are updated from time to time, the Responsibility for Functions section of the Constitution and the relevant Article of the Constitution:- (i) Appeals Committee; (ii) Audit Committee; (iii) Budget Development Overview and Scrutiny Committee; (iv) Central Sub-Area Planning Committee; (v) Chief Officers Employment Committee; (vi) Community Wellbeing Overview and Scrutiny Committee; (vii) Constitution and Governance Committee; (viii) Cornwall Harbours Board; (ix) Cornwall Inshore Fisheries and Conservation Authority; (x) Corporate Finance and Performance Overview and Scrutiny Committee; (xi) East Sub-Area Planning Committee; (xii) Health and Adult Social Care Overview and Scrutiny Committee; (xiii) Health and Wellbeing Board (as a statutory committee and as part of the established Committee in Common between the Health and Wellbeing Board and the Cornwall and Isles of Scilly Integrated Care Partnership); (xiv) Licensing Act Committee; (xv) Miscellaneous Licensing Committee; (xvi) Mount Edgcumbe Joint Committee (jointly with Plymouth City Council); (xvii) Pensions Committee; (xviii) Standards Committee; (xix) Strategic Planning Committee; (xx) Sustainable Growth and Place Overview and Scrutiny Committee; (xxi) Tamar Bridge and Torpoint Ferry Joint Committee (jointly with Plymouth City Council); (xxii) Together for Families Overview and Scrutiny Committee; and (xxiii) West Sub-Area Planning Committee.
