Content: It was moved by Councillor Alvey and seconded by Councillor Rich that Councillor Rogers be elected Chairman of the Cornwall Harbours Board.   On a show of hands it was   RESOLVED that Councillor Rogers be elected Chairman of the Cornwall Harbours Board.
