Content: It was moved by Councillor Rowse, seconded by Councillor Kenny, that Councillor Cole be elected Chairman.   It was moved by Councillor Parsonage, seconded by Councillor O’Connor that Councillor Towill be elected Chairman.   On a vote, it was   RESOLVED that Councillor Cole be elected Chairman.
