Purpose:
Content: RESOLVED that – 1. The proposed variations to the RBK (Cambridge Road) LLP project documents be agreed to address the following requirements: a) the incorporation of the requirements of the new Building Safety Act b) Updates to RBK’s Affordable Housing and Handover requirements c) amendments relating to the GLA loan d) Updates to the terms of the LLP lease surrender e) the need to allow for the freehold transfer of private houses; 2. Authority be delegated to Executive Director Place, in consultation with the Portfolio Holder for Housing, to finalise the wording of and enter into a Deed of Variation/Supplemental Agreement to crystalise the changes to the Project Documents; 3. Approval be granted to enter into the updated Power of Attorney; 4. Delegated authority be approved for the Executive Director of Place to approve and enter into any future amended Power of Attorney where this is required solely as a result of substitution of named officers.
