Content: The Sub-Committee considered the application and determined to grant in part the application with additional conditions outlined in appendix F of the report, and with the following amended hours: Hours the premises is open to the public as requested on application . • Sale of alcohol (on the premises) and Late Night Refreshment: Monday to Thursday - 10:00 to 22:30 Friday and Saturday - 10:00 to 12:30am Sunday - 10:00 to 23:30 • Live and Recorded Music inside the premises – no live music outside: Friday and Saturday - 10:00 to 12:30am Sunday - 10:00 to 23:30 Music outside is not licensed and therefore will end at 11pm • Non-standard timings: On Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and New Years Eve, licensable activities are to be extended until 03:30 hours into the following day. The Sub-Committee agreed the following additional conditions · No alcohol to be sold for consumption off the premises · alcohol consumed on the premises will be served ancillary to a table meal · 6 smokers on the front – inclusive to those sitting on the table · Telephone number of manager available to residents for complaints In accordance with the provisions contained within Schedule 5 to the Licensing Act 2003, the relevant parties have the right of appeal against the decision of the Sub-Committee to Thames Magistrates Court, 58 Bow Road, London E3 4DJ, such an appeal to be made within twenty-one days of notification of this decision.
