Purpose:

Content: RESOLVED that:   1.    the Neighbourhood Community Infrastructure Levy application for the project “Khalsa Karate Dojo: Renovation of martial arts community centre” as set out in Annex 1 of the report, for the sum of £147,431.98 be deferred; and   2.    the Neighbourhood Community Infrastructure Levy application for the project “Half Mile Tree: Improvements” as set out in Annex 2 of the report, for the sum of £15,000 be approved; and   3.    the Neighbourhood Community Infrastructure Levy application for the project “Latchmere Recreation Ground: Wildlife pond extension” as set out in Annex 3 of the report, for the sum of £17,000 be approved; and   4.    the Neighbourhood Community Infrastructure Levy application for the project “Canbury Gardens: Petanque Court” as set out in Annex 4 of the report, for the sum of £18,000 be deferred for a period of 6 months following the completion of the Petanque court at Latchmere Recreation Ground; and   5.    the Neighbourhood Community Infrastructure Levy application for the project “Canbury Gardens: Riverbank Restoration” as set out in Annex 5 of the report, for the sum of £35,000 be approved; and   6.    the Neighbourhood Community Infrastructure Levy application for the project “Climate Safe Streets: Linden/Portman and Somerset” as set out in Annex 6 of the report, for the sum of £60,000 be refused; and   7.    the Neighbourhood Community Infrastructure Levy application for the project “Tudor Drive Library: Garden” as set out in Annex 7 of the report, for the sum of £39,381 be approved; and   8.    the Neighbourhood Community Infrastructure Levy application for the project “Kingston WelCare: Arts and Crafts Facility” as set out in Annex 8 of the report, for the sum of £59,016 be approved; and   9.    Neighbourhood Community Infrastructure Levy application for the project “Springfield Blue Bridge: Regeneration” as set out in Annex 9 of the report, for the part-allocation of £14,300 to cover the design costs of the project, be approved; and   10.the Neighbourhood Community Infrastructure Levy application for the project “Weir Archer: Accessibility Pathway & Ramp” as set out in Annex 10 of the report, for the sum of £20,750 be approved; and   11.the Neighbourhood Community Infrastructure Levy application for the project “London Design Festival: Kingston” as set out in Annex 11 of the report, for the sum of £15,000 be approved.
