Content: That 1.  A proposal from Mears for an additional subsidy to be provided by More Homes Bromley LLP to Plexus, underwritten by the Council be approved in principle.  Further detail is provided in the Part 2 (Exempt) report.   2.  Authority be delegated to the Director of Finance, the Director of Corporate Services and the Director of Housing, Planning, Property and Regeneration to finalise details of this additional funding arrangement.
