Purpose:

Content: It was moved by Councillor Glasson, seconded by Councillor Line, that Councillor Ewert be elected Chairman.   It was moved by Councillor Knight, seconded by Councillor Desmond, that Councillor Johnson be elected Chairman.   On a vote, it was   RESOLVED that Councillor Ewert be elected Chairman.   Councillor Ewert thereupon took the Chair and thanked Members for her election and thanked the previous Chair of the previous administration for his valiant chairmanship over the past 4 years.
