Content: It was moved by Councillor Knight, seconded by Councillor Desmond, that Councillor Johnson be elected Vice Chairman.   It was moved by Councillor Ewert, seconded by Councillor Ball, that Councillor Moore be elected Vice Chairman.   On a vote, it was   RESOLVED that Councillor Moore be elected Vice Chairman.
