Amplified music noise from the premises is inaudible inside any sensitive receptors and at the site boundary between the hours 23:00 - 01:00. 2. Amplified noise making equipment is not to be used externally. Page 66 Item 6 3. The acoustic barrier installed at the premises will remain in place in perpetuity, subject to repair or replacement as necessary due to wear and tear or damage to the barrier.” 4. There shall be no under 18's access. 5. Customers (except Disabled, with staff assistance) should not be able to enter or disperse from the premises via the side lane. Access to the Beer Garden - is only permitted via the premises Bar area. 6. The proposed wood burning stove flue outlet shall terminate 1 metre above the highest elevated level of the existing roof. 7. Premises must Implement a written Dispersal Policy, in advance of opening and include said dispersal policy in the staff training. 8. CCTV - should be installed and be operational throughout the licensed premises including entry point and the Beer Garden
