Content: By 6 votes in favour (Councillors Henry Batchelor, Peter Fane, Bill Handley, Tumi Hawkins, Peter Sandford, Heather Williams), 0 votes against, and 1 abstention (Councillor Corinne Garvie), the Committee approved the application subject to: ·       The planning conditions set out in the officer’s report with minor amendments to the conditions as drafted delegated to officers, including amendments to  conditions 3 and 4 as follows: o   Condition 3 - Prior to the use of the development hereby approved, a Servicing Plan shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The plan shall include a limit on the size of the car transporters. The development shall operate in accordance with the approved details, unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To ensure that all car transporters (and/or similar vehicles) do not travel through the centre of Milton village when accessing the site (South Cambridgeshire Local Plan 2018 Policy HQ/1 and paragraph 116 of the NPPF). o   Condition 4 - Prior to the use of the development hereby approved, a car parking scheme along with a Monitoring and Management Plan for the proposed car parking , indicating not less than 65 parking spaces available for staff and customer, shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The development shall operate in accordance with the approved details. Reason: To ensure that sufficient car parking arrangements are in place to avoid vehicles parking on surrounding streets (South Cambridgeshire Local Plan 2018 Policy HQ/1).
