Content: Resolved   That Cabinet   1)    Considers and comments on the Quarter 1 2025/26 organisational performance;   2)    Agrees to refer the report to Overview and Scrutiny Committees (OSCs) to consider, in detail, the information relevant to their individual remits; and   3)    Requests that officers support Portfolio Holders and OSCs to refresh the Council’s Performance Management Framework ahead of 2026/27, including building in the new Local Government Outcomes Framework, and bring a new Performance Management Framework to Cabinet for approval no later than March 2026.
