Purpose: This report is seeking Cabinet approval for the re-procurement of a dementia information and advice service.

Content: Resolved   That Cabinet   1)    Authorises the Executive Director for Social Care and Health, in consultation with the Portfolio Holder for Adult Social Care and Health, to commence a procurement process for the provision of a Dementia Information and Advice Service by Warwickshire County Council as set out in this report; and   2)    Authorises the Executive Director for Social Care and Health to enter into all relevant contracts for the provision of a Dementia Information and Advice Service on terms and conditions acceptable to the Executive Director for Resources.
