Content: Motion 1   That the motion be withdrawn.   Motion 2   That the motion be approved.   Motion 3   That the following altered motion be rejected:   “This Council notes the Planning Inspectorate report (30th August 2022) which mandates that the occupiers currently residing on the site near Loddington /?Cransley, Northamptonshire, must vacate the land and restore it to its previous use. It also notes the anxiety felt by the local community to see this matter resolved.    Therefore, this Council resolves:  1. That this matter be referred to the Executive for consideration and a report by to the Executive meeting of the 11th of November 2025.”     Motion 4   That the motion be rejected   Motion 5   That the motion be rejected   Motion 6   That the motion be approved   Motion 7   That the following altered motion be rejected:   “This Council recognises the importance of Section 106 contributions in delivering community benefits and infrastructure. Concerns have been raised about whether all monies have been fully accounted for and reported on.??This Council agrees that the?Executive be requested to?matter be referred to the Planning Improvement Board to?consider proposals for a full audit of all Section 106 developer contributions received, expected and spent across North Northamptonshire, including legacy councils so that we may improve how we monitor progress and ensure our residents get the benefit.??  ??  Council requests that?the Executive consider?officers explore?options to provide a clear, publicly accessible record of all s106 agreements in one place, reporting on contributions received, expected and spent; and to report back to scrutiny on how transparency can best be achieved.”
