Content: RESOLVED that:   1.         the implementation of a Lane Rental Scheme in the Borough, as part of Tranche 2 of the London Borough Lane Rental Scheme, as set out in paragraphs 1-7 of the report, be agreed in principle; and   2.         authority be delegated to the Director Highways, Transport and Regulatory Services, in consultation with the relevant Portfolio Holder, for any necessary future actions required to progress the application to join the London Borough Lane Rental Scheme.
