Content: RESOLVED that –   1.    The modification of Lot 3a - Adult Carers Support be approved under regulation 16.3. to apply a funding uplift from current contract value £1,230,850 (incl VAT £1,477,020) to new contract value of £1,433,005 (incl VAT £1,719,606).   2.    The permitted extension be approved for Lot 3a - Adult Carers Support - for a further period of 24 months from 1 April 2026 to 31 March 2028.
