Purpose: The Buckinghamshire All Age Autism Strategy seeks to improve life for autistic people by addressing inequalities, raising awareness, and enhancing support across health, education, employment, and independent living. The strategy is accompanied by a one-year action plan outlining how the strategy will be delivered.

Content: The Buckinghamshire All Age Autism Strategy aimed to enhance the quality of life for autistic people by removing barriers, addressing inequalities, and improving outcomes. Developed through consultation with autistic people, their families, and stakeholders, the strategy focused on tackling health and care inequalities, improving autism awareness, supporting autistic children and young people, enhancing employment support, and promoting independent living.  An action plan with clear measures had been created to implement the strategy from 2025 to 2030. This plan reflected the commitment of various partners to support autistic people in Buckinghamshire.   RESOLVED that the Buckinghamshire All Age Autism Strategy 2025-30 in Appendix 1 be approved and the associated action plan for 2025–26 in Appendix 2 be noted.
