Content: RESOLVED that Cabinet   1.   Agree to Havant Borough Council joining the Building Control Partnership with effect from 17 October 2025.   2.   Delegate authority to the Executive Head of Commercial, following consultation with the Cabinet Lead of Commercial, to agree the final terms and sign the formal documents comprising the Partnership Agreement for Havant to join the Building Control Partnership.   3. Delegate authority to the Executive Head of Commercial, following consultation with the Cabinet Lead of Commercial, to set the Fees and Charges for Building Control within the governance arrangements of the Building Control Partnership on an ongoing basis.
