Content: RESOLVED that Cabinet agree to   a)   receive the General Fund Revenue, Capital and Prudential Indicators Outturn as set out in the report along with the appendices A, B, and C and consider mitigations noted for any material variances.     b)   approve the revised application of the 5% savings target for 2025/26.   c)   endorse the updated individual budget lines as outlined in the report, maintaining the overall balanced budget position.
