Content: Councillor Turner made a transparency statement in connection to Item 6 by virtue of living in Stonehaven town centre for 40 years and knowing some of the businesses and business holders and having applied the objective test he concluded that there was no interest to declare.   Councillor Turner made a transparency statement in connection to Item 6 by virtue of knowing the Chair of Stonehaven and District Community Council who requested to speak on the item and having applied the objective test he concluded that there was no interest to declare.   Councillor Black made a transparency statement in connection to Item 6 by virtue of previously being on the Stonehaven Business Association and the Stonehaven and District Community Council before becoming a Councillor and having applied the objective test she concluded that there was no interest to declare.
