Content: It was moved by Councillor Gripper, seconded by Councillor Rich and   RESOLVED that   1. the Board supported the installation of the Truro Canoe Club proposed     pontoon by match funding the Canoe Foundation Grant offer 2. Truro Canoe Club purchase the pontoon and transfer ownership of the     pontoon to the Port of Truro to install and maintain.
