Content: Cabinet voted and agreed on an amendment to the recommendations, as detailed in bold and italics at decision No. 1 below:   1.           That having had due regard to the integrated impact assessment, capital funding of £2,000,000 be taken from the underspends identified from 2024/2025 financial year and the remainder be allocated from the Neighbourhood Improvement Programme Fund, to facilitate refurbishment of the 16 playgrounds listed below:   Sunny Crescent Ynyscorrwg Victoria Park Pen y Dre Baglan Park Ger yr Afon Fire Station/ The Refresh Grahams Terrace Bowen Street Oakwood Llwyn Road Cross Street Heol y Coed Cae Parc y Werin Bryn Park Wellfield Square   2.           That delegated authority be granted to the Director of Environment and Regeneration to commence procurement for the refurbishment of the aforementioned playgrounds, and to award a contract in accordance with Neath Port Talbot Council’s Contract Procedure Rules, to the most economically advantageous tenderer.
