Content: RESOLVED that:   1.    Commencement of the procurement process for the projects listed in Appendix 1 to this report be approved. 2.    Authority be delegated to the Joint Strategic Director for Finance and Resources, in consultation with the Lead Councillor for Finance and Property, upon selection of a successful contractor, to award the contracts listed Appendix 1, being:   a.    Tree and Countryside Works Framework b.    Valuation Framework c.     Minor Works Framework d.    Fire Protection and Maintenance e.    Fire Risk Assessment and Fire Door Inspections
