Purpose: Occasional Licence application referred to the Board for consideration in relation to the repeated occasional licence policy.

Content: The Board granted the following application subject to the conditions recommended by the Police and the LSO   (a)  LAOCC/01250/25: 5th September 2025 – 18th September 2025 – 10.00am – 10.00pm off sales   The Board further instructed that all future applications for occasional licences shall be returned and determined by the Board and not delegated to officers. – powers of delegation were removed by the Board.   Evidence to be provided by the applicant to show progression towards a full premises licence when future applications are submitted and returned to the Board.
