Purpose:

Content: It was MOVED, SECONDED and RESOLVED:   •                      To approve the procurement of a new Courier Services Framework Agreement for The Libraries Consortium for a duration of four years, the value is detailed in Part 2 of the report. •                      To approve the award to the preferred provider of the framework agreement set out at 2.1 (a) in the report. •                      To delegate authority to the Executive Director for Place to: o        Approve (in consultation with the Director of Law and Corporate Governance) the selection of the preferred supplier in accordance with the selection and award criteria published in the tender documentation. o        Approve the award of a call off contract under the new Framework Agreement initially for two years, with the option for future call-offs of up to two additional years. •                      To approve the extension of the current Library Courier Services Framework Agreement between the London Borough of Lewisham and CitySprint for a period of five months, from 1 February 2026 to 30 June 2026, at the value set out in Part 2 of the report. •                      To approve the extension of the current call off contract for a five-month period, at the value set out in Part 2 of the report.
