(Reconsultation - Amended Proposal) That consent is subject to the conditions set out in Appendix 2 of the report and its addendum, to be detailed in the notice of determination. That the Assistant Director of Planning & Building Control is authorised to make any minor changes to the detailed wording of the recommended conditions as set out in Appendix 2 of this report and its addendum, where the Assistant Director of Planning & Building Control considers it appropriate, before issuing the decision notice.
