Purpose:
Content: Resolved that full planning permission be granted at Land to the rear of 65 Eglinton Hill, Plumstead, London, SE18 3NT for the construction of a single storey detached two bedroom dwelling on land to therear of 65 Eglinton Hill fronting Mayplace Lane and all associated works. That consent be subject to the conditions set out in Appendix 2, its addendums, and the following amendment – · Condition14 – that the Construction Environment Management Plan (CEMP) include the requirements for an ecologist to be on site during the clearing stage, to detect and protect any endangered or protected wildlife in habitation. And the additional condition – · Arboricultural Method Statement and Tree Protection Plan relating to the two (2) Oak Trees on the adjoining site. That the Assistant Direct (Planning & Building Control) be authorised to make any minor changes to the details wording of the recommended conditions as set out in Appendix 2 of the report, amendments and its addendums and the minutes of this Local Planning Committee meeting, where the Assistant Director (Planning & Building Control) considers it appropriate, before issuing the final decision notice.
