Content: The Leader had one urgent item of business relating to the Department for Culture, Media & Sport (DCMS) grant to Cornwall Council to deliver the Youth Transformation Pilot.   Decision:   That the Leader of the Council approves the receipt of a revenue grant of up to £677,664.36 from the Department for Culture, Media and Sport for the administration and delivery of the Local Youth Transformation Pilot, as detailed within this report.
