Purpose: Decisions required to progress delivery of three schemes allocated central government capital grant funding from the Active Travel Fund (round 5)

Content: Resolved   That Cabinet authorises the Executive Director for Communities, in consultation with the Portfolio Holder for Transport and Planning to enter into a sub-grant agreement with Sustrans, the owner of the Lias Line, using grant allocated to the Council from round 5 of the Government’s Active Travel Fund to the value of £322,710, on terms and conditions acceptable to the Executive Director for Resources, in order to deliver improvements to a section of the traffic free greenway between Oxford Road and Birdingbury Road, Rugby.
