Content: Resolved   That Cabinet   1)    Has considered and commented on the Quarter 2 2025/26 organisational performance;   2)    Notes the planned reporting for the Value for Money (VFM) Programme which includes Digital Transformation programmes within the Integrated Performance Reports from Quarter 3 onwards; and   3)    Agrees to refer the report to Overview and Scrutiny Committees (OSCs) to consider, in detail, the information relevant to their individual remits.
