Content: That Full Planning Permission be REFUSED at Land to the rear of 53 Wyndcliff Road, London, SE7 7LP for the demolition of existing outbuildings to facilitate the construction of two dwellings, in addition to the provision of refuse and cycle storage, landscaping and permeable shared access, and all other associated works. That the grounds for refusal of the proposed development were by reason of · Due to the overdevelopment of the site, height and proximity to surrounding properties around the site, leads to an intrusive impact on neighbouring amenity. · Due to the timing of the Ecological Survey, it is considered that this is inadequate to demonstrate whether the site provides habitats for protected species, as such it is not possible to determine whether the proposed development would result in unacceptable harm to the ecology of the site.
