Content: Cabinet   1)    NOTED the progress, improvements and outcomes for tenants achieved through the Council’s tenant engagement work.   2)    NOTED the most recent Regulatory Action Plan Update, which details the work undertaken since inspection against the Consumer Standards in 2024, particularly on the Transparency, Accountability and Influence Standard.   3)    APPROVED the refresh Tenant and Leaseholder Engagement Framework and DELEGATED AUTHORITY to the Director for Housing and Communities, to make any further changes to finalise and ensure it continues to reflect the Council’s engagement arrangements and is published as an accessible, designed and user-friendly document.   4)    APPROVED the “Code of Conduct for Contractors and Officers of the Council when visiting tenants in their homes and communities”.   5)    NOTED that this had been tenant led, co-designed and endorsed through collaboration between Council officers and tenants.
