Content: Resolved: 1.  That the Climate Emergency Action Plan Progress Report in the Annex to the report be endorsed. 2.  That the Head of Planning Policy and Economic Development be given delegated authority to make changes of a minor nature to the Climate Emergency Action Plan Progress Report in consultation with the Climate Emergency and Countryside Portfolio Holder prior to publication.
