Purpose:

Content: RESOLVED that:   1)    the forecast outturn position in respect of the General Fund for 2025/26 be noted;   2)     the forecast position on the Housing Revenue Account be noted;   3)    the forecast position of the Schools Budget and the Dedicated Schools Grant (DSG) for 2025/26 be noted;   4)    the forecast outturn position in respect of the Capital Programme for 2025/26 be noted;   5)    subject to GLA Grant funding approval, a capital budget of £17.73m to support the acquisition of 48 properties from Cambridge Road Estate LLP be approved;   6)    a £20.87 million increase to the CRE Affordable Homes budget be approved.  This increase reflects the top-up grant specifically allocated for Phase 1 of the Cambridge Road Estate project;   7)    £0.50m budget re-profiling for CRE Loan be approved.
