Content: RESOLVED That the Audit and Governance Committee: notes the review undertaken and arising updates to the Policy.   Reason for Decision To ensure feedback is provided prior to the adoption of the policy which may assist the Committee in its future assurances. The policy remains legally compliant but it is recognised that the Council has matured in its practices and it is now the opportune time to update the Policy.
