Purpose:

Content: 1.    That the forecast outturn position for revenue and capital, and the mitigations being progressed, be noted.   2.    That the update provided in respect of matters relating to the 2026/27 financial planning process, including an update on the review of Council finances, be noted.   3.    That the updated reserve statement and development fund forecast be noted.   4.    That the changes to the revenue budget and capital programme, made under delegated powers, be noted.   5.    That the reallocations to the revenue budget requiring Executive approval, as set out in paragraph 1.23 and Appendix F (Table F1 – column D) of the report, be approved.
