Content: RESOLVED:   Mayor and Cabinet:   •                     noted the procurement strategy and process; •                     approved the expenditure of up to £690,000 (including VAT), £575,000 (excluding VAT) for the contract period of up to five years in total; •                     approved Brent entering into the contract on behalf of the Council provided the expenditure is within authorised limits; and •                     delegated authority to the Executive Director for Corporate Resources to approve the final expenditure provided it is within authorised limits as set out in the report.
