Purpose: To approve the contract award for the Supply of Wheeled Bins.

Content: The Cabinet: 1.1.   Approved to award a call off contract to IPL Plastics (UK) Limited for an initial two-year term, with an optional extension of two years for the supply of 140 litre, 160 litre and 240 litre wheeled bins.   1.2.   Approved to award a call off contract to Craemer UK Limited for an initial two-year term with an optional extension of two-years for the supply of 360 litre wheeled bins.   1.3.   That the decision to utilise the optional two-year extensions be reviewed and determined by the responsible Cabinet Member, based on supplier performance and a recommendation from the responsible director, subject to the cost being within Approved Budgets.
