Content: Decision: To grant a new 10-year lease of the Brinell Building, Lyson Avenue, Ash Vale to Hi-Speed Services Ltd on the terms set out in Appendix 1 of this report.   Reason(s): The proposed new lease represents best consideration and provides an increase in the annual rental income stream for the Council. Granting the proposed new lease prevents the property becoming vacant with all the costs associated with a vacant unit falling to the Council.   Other options considered and rejected by the Executive: None.   Details of any conflict of interest declared by the Leader or lead councillors and any dispensation granted: None.
