Content: Decision: To grant a new 5-year lease to Body Shop International Ltd of the premises known as 122, 124A & 124 B High Street, Guildford on the terms set out in Appendix 1 of this report. Reason(s): 1. The proposed new lease represents best consideration and provides an annual rental income stream for the Council. 2. Granting the proposed new lease prevents the property becoming vacant and thereby incurring the associated void costs. Other options considered and rejected by the Executive: None. Details of any conflict of interest declared by the Leader or lead councillors and any dispensation granted: None.
