Content: Decision: To grant a new 5-year lease of Unit 1 Midleton Industrial Estate, Guildford to Poole Car Storage Ltd on the terms set out in Appendix 1 (Exempt Information) of this report.   Reason(s): The proposed new lease represents best consideration and provides an increase in the annual rental income stream for the Council. Granting the proposed new lease prevents the property becoming vacant with all the costs associated with a vacant unit falling to the council.   Other options considered and rejected by the Executive: None.   Details of any conflict of interest declared by the Leader or lead councillors and any dispensation granted: None.
